Cars & Coffee Cleveland would not be possible without a dedicated team of volunteers who put in a lot of time and effort into laying out and executing traffic flow & parking plans at locations, helping with setup and breakdown of Cars & Coffee Cleveland equipment and vendor booths, working with Cars & Coffee Cleveland management, local city and policing officials, and partner locations to organize events, as well as creating content for our social media pages and website.

We are always looking for skilled, passionate, and talented individuals to join our team and help us lead Cars & Coffee Cleveland not just through the present, but into the future!

Tasks & Requirements of Volunteers:

• Need to arrive at least 1hr prior to start of event with provided staff shirt/hoodie on.

• Work with Cars & Coffee Cleveland management, venues, sponsors, etc. in organizing and planning events.

• Work with venue locations to organize parking lot layouts and traffic flow plans.

• Assist in traffic & parking direction where needed.

• Monitor event, make sure rules are being followed, be assertive and persistent if attendees are an issue.

• Setup and breakdown aid for vendors and Cars & Coffee Cleveland.

• Not Required, But A Plus - If skilled in photography/videography with professional camera equipment and knowledge of editing, then create content from events to share across our website and social media pages (credit is always given to content creators)

• Be passionate about cars and the car community and be able to work closely with a dedicated team to help make these events fun for all and carry Cars & Coffee Cleveland into the future.

• Volunteers will be required to sign a standard non-disclosure agreement and liability waiver before participating.
